Bay area rapper Roach Gigz is a young rapper with a quick mind, an eye for the small things, and an off-the-cuff flow with a heavy debt to Lil Wayne. But despite his bullish optimism on his new Roachy Balboa 3, it still doesn't feel like the shot that will convert regional buzz to national buzz.
